Geneva Motor Show was cancelled due to Coronavirus

Geneva Motor Show was canceled due to the coronavirus; most of the major car brands have launched brand new models exclusively online after the coronavirus effect. Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and BMW are big brands launched new models by live-streamed on their own channels. Major brands have been hit hard as the coronavirus has affected consumer demand and supply chains.

At Geneva Motor Show, one of the major brand BMW had planned to launch new models that were due to open to the public today. For the global car industry’s calendar, it is one of the most important events. Mercedes Benz is a global automobile company that announced its new e-class for unveiling new models. The German luxury carmaker held a “Digital Press Conference” to unveil its i4 electric concept car. Last Friday motor show was canceled after the government of Switzerland banned gatherings of 1,000 people or more due to concerns over the coronavirus.  It is the very first occasion when that the show has been canceled after World War Two.
